THEMATIC ANALYSIS
First, we identified common patterns and mapped them out based on user flow. After organizing the feedback, we further examined any issues and their impact on the user experience.
RECONSTRUCT INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
There were recurring issues with the app's navigation. By creating a new site map we could determine what features would be best and where to implement them based on design trends, user familiarity, and efficiency.
SOLUTION
5 user usability tests with the current website revealed key insights on the ICT platform.

To better understand the steps user take and the challenges they encounter I created two different journey maps for different users.
